How payments work on AgriOS
Every shilling that moves through AgriOS is processed through the official Steff Cloud Limited company bank account. AgriOS does not accept payment to any personal M-Pesa number, personal bank account or third-party wallet. If anyone — including someone claiming to be a seller, an agent or AgriOS staff — asks you to pay outside the platform, that request is fraudulent. Do not pay it, and report it to us immediately.

AgriOS is built and operated by Steff Cloud Limited (SteffCloud). Farmers are never charged to list produce or to use the platform.
This is normal
- Paying through the AgriOS platform, where the amount and the seller are shown on screen.
- Money held until both sides confirm the trade, then released to the seller.
- A receipt inside your Orders page for every completed payment.
This is fraud
- Anyone asking you to send money to a personal M-Pesa number.
- Anyone asking for a bank transfer to a personal or unfamiliar account name.
- Anyone offering a "discount" for paying outside the platform.
- Anyone claiming to be AgriOS or SteffCloud staff and requesting payment by phone or SMS.
- Anyone rushing you, or asking you to pay before you can see the produce.
Report it
If you are asked to pay outside AgriOS, do not pay — tell us straight away, even if you are not sure. Reporting costs you nothing and protects every other farmer on the platform.
